About Patricia
One day, while shopping at the mall, Patricia overhead a woman say, “When I put my heels on, I get a different sense of myself.”
So true! As a passionate woman and lover of the human spirit, Patricia Leonard has made her life’s work encouraging women everywhere to slip out of their flip flops and to put on their high heeled shoes! |

With a professional background as a corporate trainer, consultant and career coach, Patricia has provided training services to Fortune 500 clients in banking and finance, manufacturing, government and healthcare.
Her love of performing, of inspiring others and her unique diva spirit combined into a unique formula that set her apart and drew people to her that were longing for personal expression, spiritual growth, or personal and professional satisfaction.
Patricia’s always been a visionary who focused on the silver lining. In high school, she excelled in academics and athletics and graduated as class valedictorian. She has always been a leader and respected by her peers. A divorce and subsequent role as a single Mom led Patricia to take up athletic coaching in order to stay active in her son’s world.
Throughout Patricia’s life, a few things have remained constant: the unique role she plays in other’s lives as a cheerleader and guide, her love of performing, her ability to reinvent herself, and her passion as an empowered woman! Patricia is a true diva; she can dress in a suit and become the professional or put on a pair of jeans and still exude a diva stature.
Today, Patricia’s organization, the Everyday Diva encourages women to stop walking in the footsteps of others and to confidently step out on their own unique path (preferably in their under-used high heels!).
